Please read these terms carefully before using Exhibit Rents.

About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the rules and conditions that apply when you use the Exhibit Rents website at exhibitrents.com ("the Site", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Site immediately. We recommend that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Responsible Play guidance, which together form the complete agreement between you and Exhibit Rents.

Eligibility

Exhibit Rents is available exclusively to individuals who are aged 18 or over and are resident in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the Site, you confirm and warrant that you meet both of these requirements.

We carry out an age verification check when you first visit the Site. If you cannot confirm that you are 18 or over, you will not be permitted to access any games or create an account. We reserve the right to request additional verification of your age at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if we have reason to believe you do not meet the eligibility criteria.

Exhibit Rents is a free social casino platform. It is not a gambling service. No real money is wagered, won or lost at any point. Nevertheless, the simulated casino content is designed for adults, and we enforce the 18+ age requirement to ensure a responsible environment for all players.

Your Account

To access games and features on the Site, you must create an account. You may register using your email address and a password, or by signing in with your Google account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, that we reasonably believe has been compromised, or that has been inactive for an extended period. Where possible, we will notify you before taking such action.

How the Games Work

Exhibit Rents offers a collection of free social casino games for entertainment purposes only. All games on the Site are entirely free to play. There are no purchases, no in-app transactions, no premium upgrades, no loot boxes and no mechanism of any kind to spend real money on the Site.

When you create an account, you receive a starting balance of free virtual coins. These coins are used solely within the games on the Site. You use coins to play games, and you may win or lose coins during gameplay. The outcomes of all games are determined by random number generators and are provided by third-party game studios whose content is embedded on the Site.

To be absolutely clear: you cannot win real money, real prizes, real goods or anything of real-world value on Exhibit Rents. The games simulate casino-style experiences for entertainment only. No game outcome will ever result in a payout, reward, voucher, gift card or any form of real-world compensation.

There is no way to purchase additional coins, to buy any advantage within the games, or to convert gameplay results into real-world value. Exhibit Rents is and will always remain completely free.

Coin Basket

Your "Coin Basket" is the virtual balance of coins associated with your account. Coins are a fictional, virtual currency that exist solely for use within the games on the Site. Coins have no real-world monetary value whatsoever. They are not money, they are not a financial instrument, and they do not represent any form of credit, currency, property or asset.

Coins cannot be purchased, sold, traded, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for real money, real prizes or anything of value outside the Site. You may not sell, gift, barter or otherwise transfer coins to any other person or account. Any attempt to do so is a violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

We may adjust, reset or modify coin balances at any time, including but not limited to correcting errors, addressing misuse, or making changes to the platform. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in any coins and that coins may be removed or altered without compensation.

Coins are replenished through the daily bonus system and through normal gameplay. The daily bonus provides a free allocation of coins each day you sign in to the Site. The amount of the daily bonus may vary and may be changed by us at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for its intended purpose: playing free social casino games for personal entertainment. You must not use the Site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive or otherwise objectionable.

Without limiting the above, you agree that you will not:

  • Attempt to create more than one account or impersonate another person
  • Use any automated system, bot, scraper or similar tool to access the Site

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected breach of these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating your account and reporting illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software and the overall design and layout, is the property of Exhibit Rents or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

The games available on the Site are provided by third-party game studios and are embedded within the platform. All rights in those games, including their artwork, sounds, mechanics and software, remain with their respective owners. Exhibit Rents does not claim any ownership of third-party game content.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the Site without our prior written consent, except as necessary for your normal use of the Site as a player.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, how it is stored and what your rights are under UK data protection law. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

We do not store any payment card details, bank account information or financial data of any kind, because Exhibit Rents is entirely free and there are no purchases or transactions. We will never ask you for payment information.

Limitation of Liability

Exhibit Rents is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy or completeness of the Site or its content. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exhibit Rents, its operators, directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of enjoyment or any other intangible losses.

Because the Site is entirely free and no real money, prizes or items of value are involved, you acknowledge that your use of the Site does not give rise to any financial claim against us. Virtual coins have no monetary value and their loss, reduction or removal does not constitute a financial loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law, changes to the Site, or for other operational reasons. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the Site and, if applicable, delete your account.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, for example by displaying a notice on the Site or by sending an email to the address associated with your account.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
