Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your personal information.

Last updated: 6 October 2026

Exhibit Rents ("the Site", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at exhibitrents.com, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our free social casino platform, how we use it, where it is stored and what rights you have in relation to it.

This policy applies to all visitors and registered users of the Site. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Please also refer to our Terms of Service and Cookie Policy.

What We Collect

We collect only the minimum personal data necessary to provide and maintain your account. The data we collect depends on how you interact with the Site.

When you create an account with email

If you register for an account using email, we collect:

  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • UK mobile phone number
  • Password (stored only as a secure, one-way hash — we never store your actual password in plain text)

When you sign in with Google

If you choose to register or sign in using your Google account, we receive and store:

  • Name (as provided by your Google profile)
  • Email address (as provided by your Google profile)
  • Google account ID (a unique identifier used to link your Google account to your Exhibit Rents account)

We do not receive or have access to your Google password, contacts, files or any other Google account data beyond the items listed above.

When you use the contact form

If you reach out to us through the contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Topic (the subject category you select)
  • Message (the content of your enquiry)

What we do not collect

Exhibit Rents is entirely free. There are no purchases, no subscriptions and no transactions of any kind. As a result, we never collect, store or process any payment card details, bank account information, billing addresses or financial data of any kind. We will never ask you for such information.

Where Your Data Is Kept

Your account data is stored as protected files on our server. We do not use a traditional database system. Each account is saved as an individual protected file containing your registration details (with your password stored only as a secure hash). Access to these files is restricted through server-level permissions.

Cookies and browser storage

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage items to keep the Site working. Full details of each cookie and storage item are available in our Cookie Policy. In summary:

  • awb_sid — a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It expires when you close your browser.
  • awb_login — a one-time cookie used to pass your account information to the browser after you sign in. This cookie is automatically deleted within two minutes of being set.
  • awb_pending — a temporary cookie that holds Google sign-in data during the registration process. It expires after 15 minutes.

Game state information, including your coin balance, plan tier and daily bonus status, is held in your browser's session storage (awb_coins, awb_tier, awb_daily). This data exists only in your browser for the duration of your session and is not transmitted to or stored on our server.

Why We Use Your Data

We use the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your account — so that you can sign in, play games and access your Coin Basket
  • To verify your identity — to confirm that you are who you say you are and that you meet the 18+ age requirement
  • To respond to your enquiries — when you contact us through the contact form, we use your name and email to reply to you
  • To maintain and improve the Site — to identify technical issues, monitor usage patterns and improve the user experience
  • To enforce our Terms of Service — to detect and prevent misuse, fraud or violations of our rules
  • To comply with legal obligations — to meet our responsibilities under UK law

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send marketing emails or promotional communications.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and browser storage items to operate the Site. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or tracking cookies. For full details of every cookie and storage item used on the Site, including their purpose and duration, please see our Cookie Policy.

Other Services

The Site uses a limited number of third-party services. These services may process some of your data as described below:

Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google, your authentication is handled by Google's sign-in service. When you use this feature, Google may set its own cookies and process data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We receive only the limited data described above (name, email, Google ID).

Game studios

The games on the Site are provided by third-party game studios and are loaded within iframes (embedded frames). These iframes may set their own cookies and may collect usage data related to gameplay. The games operate within their own sandboxed environment and do not have access to your Exhibit Rents account data. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of individual game providers where available.

Google Fonts

The Site uses Google Fonts to display typography. When you load a page, your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch the font files. This request may include your IP address and browser information. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law (the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018), you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Right of access — you have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — you have the right to ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Right to erasure — you have the right to ask us to delete your personal data
  • Right to restriction — you have the right to ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances
  • Right to data portability — you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format
  • Right to object — you have the right to object to certain types of processing

How to exercise your rights

You can delete your account at any time from the My Account page on the Site. Deleting your account will permanently remove all personal data associated with it from our server files.

For any other data rights requests, or if you have questions about your personal data, please contact us through our contact form. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's independent body set up to uphold information rights. You can contact the ICO at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.

Children's Privacy

Exhibit Rents is intended for adults aged 18 and over only. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a person under 18 has created an account, please contact us immediately through our contact form.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your data.

For significant changes that materially affect how your personal data is processed, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, for example by displaying a notice on the Site.

Your continued use of the Site after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
