Player Care

Responsible Play

Playing well means knowing when to pause.

Exhibit Rents is a free social casino designed for entertainment. No real money is wagered, won or lost, and our virtual coins have no real-world value. Even so, we believe that healthy habits matter in all forms of play. We want every player to enjoy their time on the Site while staying in control.

Whether you play for five minutes a day or an hour, the most important thing is that it remains a positive experience. This page explains the tools available to you, the signs that you might need a break, and where to find professional support if you need it.

⏸️

Take a Break

Step away whenever you need to. Close the Site, go for a walk, do something else you enjoy. You can come back any time — your account and coins will be waiting.

Restrict Your Account

If you want a more structured pause, you can restrict your account for a set period. During a restriction, you will not be able to access games. Contact us to arrange this.

Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account at any time from the My Account page. This removes all your personal data from our systems and cannot be undone.

Signs You Might Need a Break

Even though Exhibit Rents is free and no real money is at stake, it is still important to recognise when play stops being fun. Consider taking a break if you notice any of the following:

  • You are spending more time playing than you intended or planned
  • Playing is interfering with your work, studies, relationships or daily responsibilities
  • You feel frustrated, anxious or upset when you lose virtual coins
  • You find it difficult to stop playing even when you want to
  • You are neglecting meals, sleep or exercise in order to play
  • You are playing to escape stress, loneliness or other difficult feelings rather than for enjoyment
  • Friends or family have expressed concern about the amount of time you spend playing

If any of these apply to you, it is a good idea to take a step back. There is no shame in pausing — it is a sign of self-awareness and strength.

Tips for Healthy Play

Here are some straightforward tips to help you maintain a healthy relationship with gaming:

  • Set a time limit before you start. Decide how long you want to play and stick to it. Use a timer on your phone if it helps.
  • Remember it is just for fun. The games are entertainment, nothing more. Winning or losing virtual coins has no bearing on your real life.
  • Coins are not real money. Virtual coins have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or cashed out. Do not treat them as something of value.
  • Take regular breaks. Step away from the screen every so often. Stretch, have a drink, look out the window — give your eyes and mind a rest.
  • Do not play when you are upset. If you are feeling stressed, angry or low, gaming is unlikely to help. Try talking to someone, going for a walk or doing something else first.
  • Balance your time. Make sure gaming does not crowd out other activities you enjoy, social time with friends and family, or important responsibilities.
  • Talk to someone. If you are worried about your gaming habits, talk to a friend, family member or one of the support organisations listed below.

How to Restrict or Close Your Account

If you would like to take a structured break from Exhibit Rents, you have several options:

  • Self-exclusion: Contact us through our contact form and ask to have your account restricted for a specific period (for example, one week, one month or six months). During the restriction period, you will not be able to sign in or access any games.
  • Account deletion: You can permanently delete your account at any time from the My Account page. This removes all your personal data from our systems. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

If you have restricted your account and the period has ended, you may contact us to discuss whether you would like to continue the restriction, lift it or delete your account entirely.
